If you place your order by 12:00 PM on a business day, we plan to ship it within 7 business days. (We do not perform shipping operations on holidays.)

Overseas: 1200 yen (including tax)

We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to customer reasons.

However, we will accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met.

● I received a different product than the one I ordered.
●There was a defect in the product.

In all cases, we will respond if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

*Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your exchange request in cases where it is impossible to procure the same product. In such cases, we will issue a refund.
